Charter Term`s and Condition
- Day for the billing purposes is counted from 0600 hrs. to 0600 hrs. the next day.
- The helicopter would be provided subject to serviceability, & weather conditions.
- No arms are permitted to be carried on board in civil operations as per DGCA regulation in India. Operations will be carried out as per civil aviation regulations and local laws.
- Permission for landing/takeoff at any particular areas other than base Airports, if required, is to be obtained from Dist. Magistrate/SSP/local authorities by Customer and forwarded to us in advance along with coordinates. You are also required to provide facilities at helipads according to DGCA rules & regulation such as fire fighting, windsock, Helipad with H Marked and ambulance. The arrangement for the security of the helicopter through local administration is also required to be done by you.
- The arrangement for the Safety/security of the helicopter of the locations other then base airport through local administration is also required to be done by customer. Further positioning of fuel (ATF) at the designated place, if required will be done by us at customer cost.
- All airport etc charges (landing, parking, navigation, RNFC, PSF etc) handling charges, flight planning etc as applicable will be charged as per actual .Ground handling related arrangement /payment to respective agencies as airport as applicable to be made by customer.
- Full advance payment including estimated flying charges Parking landing &handling charges TA/ DA for crew plus 10% extra to cover extra flying etc., if any, is to be made by way of Demand Draft/Pay order favouring "Pawan Hans Ltd., payable at New Delhi" or through RTGS as per the estimated charges. However, the final billing will be done after commitment based on actual flying/number of days hired and balance amount, if any, shall be refunded/payable.
- The rates will be applicable from the respective bases of Pawan Hans such as Delhi, Mumbai, Dehradun, Chandigarh, Jammu Srinagar etc. In case the flight is not completed due to bad weather or other reasons beyond the control of PHL, the billing would be done for the duration the helicopter has flown and the amount thereof shall be payable by Customer.
