Delhi Darshan

  • Passenger`s are requested to report 45 minutes before the departure.
  • In case, if passengers are less than 06 for a ride, then passenger will be adjusted in the next available schedule and will be intimated accordingly.
  • All passengers must carry Government approved Photo ID proof in original for verification at the time of Checking / Boarding, for International tourist (Foreigners) passport in original is required
  • Child below 2 years will be allowed to travel free of charge on providing proof of age, more than 2 year age will be charged full fare.
  • Whereas efforts will be made to accommodate passengers in their own group but this is not always possible as we need to make weight adjustment in preparing of passenger load or accommodate priority seats.
  • The Company reserves to itself the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight or to deviate from the route of the journey or to change the type of aircraft in use without thereby incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company also reserves to itself the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit to travel or who in the opinion of the Company may constitute a risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
  • If at any stage it is found that the aircraft with the booked passengers is overloaded the company will have the right to decide which passenger shall be offloaded and such decision shall be binding on all passengers.
  • In the event of death of a passenger, or any bodily or wound suffered by a passenger which results in permanent disablement incapacitating him from engaging in or being occupied with his usual duties or business occupation, the liability of the carrier for each passenger shall be upto INR RS. 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakhs only)
  • Baggage / Eatables / Mobile phone / Camera will not be allowed in the helicopter.
  • Advance booking passengers will have priority over spot booked passengers.
  • Ticket is not transferable.
  • TThis travel document is issued by the Company shall be subject to the rules of cancellation per passenger as follows:

  • 1. 0 to 59 minutes No Refund
    2. 60 minutes to 23.59 Hours before flight 50%
    3. 24 Hours to 47.59 Hours before flight 70%
    4. 48 Hours or more before flight 95%
    5. Flight cancellation by Pawan Hans Ltd. 100%
    6. No Show By passenger No Refund

  • Pawan Hans reserves the right to cancel or delay its flight under circumstances beyond its control for example bad weather conditions, technical defects and government

  • PHL Services in Varanasi shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India, for any dispute or litigation; the courts of Delhi will only have the jurisdiction.
  • Any disputes regarding the said flight subject to Delhi jurisdiction.

    2. For safe helicopter flying it is imperative that weight restriction parameters are adhered to, Pawan Hans Limited, request the passengers to cooperate with its staff in this regard.

Ganga Darshan - Varanasi

  • Passenger`s are requested to report 30 minutes before the departure.
  • In case, if passengers are less than 04 persons, the passenger will be adjusted in the next available schedule and will be intimated accordingly.
  • All passengers must carry Government approved Photo ID proof in original for verification at the time of Checking / Boarding, for International tourist (Foreigners) passport in original is required
  • Child below 2 years will be allowed to travel free of charge on providing proof of age, Kid more than 2 year age will be charged full fare.
  • Whereas efforts will be made to accommodate passengers in their own group but this is not always possible as we need to make weight adjustment in preparing of passenger load or accommodate priority seats.
  • The Company reserves to itself the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight or to deviate from the route of the journey or to change the type of aircraft in use without thereby incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company also reserves to itself the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit to travel or who in the opinion of the Company may constitute a risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
  • If at any stage it is found that the aircraft with the booked passengers is overloaded the company will have the right to decide which passenger shall be offloaded and such decision shall be binding on all passengers.
  • In the event of death of a passenger, or any bodily or wound suffered by a passenger which results in permanent disablement incapacitating him from engaging in or being occupied with his usual duties or business occupation, the liability of the carrier for each passenger shall be upto INR RS. 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakhs only)
  • Baggage / Eatables / Mobile phone / Camera will not be allowed in the helicopter.
  • Advance booking passengers will have priority over spot booked passengers.
  • Ticket is not transferable.

  • Transaction fee of 2% will be charged in case of Booking through Credit / Debit Card and No Refund will be made of Transaction fee.
  • Pawan Hans reserves the right to cancel or delay its flight under circumstances beyond its control for example bad weather conditions, technical defects and government regulations/orders/requirements etc. The liability of Pawan Hans in such event shall be limited to full refund of the fare amount.

Carriage for Kedarnath Yatra

  • All passengers must carry Valid Photo ID proof and Credit/Debit card in original for verification at the time of boarding.

  • For extra passenger weight (beyond 80 kg), passenger is liable to pay applicable amount @Rs.150/-per kg. In case of non-payment of the same, ticket will be treated as cancelled with no refund permissible.
  • Effort will be made to accommodate passengers in their own group. However it may NOT be always possible to accomodate the group / family in the same flight, as we need weight adjustment and preparing of passenger load or to accommodate priority seats.
  • Passengers are required to do biometrics registration for Kedarnath ji Yatra. It is issued at all important places like Haridwar, Dehradun, Rishikesh, Guptkashi, Phata and bus stand of char dham route in Uttarakhand by the state government.
  • Booking of ticket and schedule is subject to permission of DGCA/ Government of Uttarakhand. In case permission is deferred, Pawan Hans liability would be limited to refund of ticket amount only. Reporting time is not to be confused with boarding time; boarding time may be between 1-2 hours after the reporting time.
  • In case of cancellation of flights due to Bad Weather or Technical fault please get your ticket endorsed only from Pawan Hans official at helipads at Phata or Kedarnath for Refund.
  • The Company reserves to itself the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight or to alter the route or to deviate from the route of the journey or to change the type of aircraft in use without thereby incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company also reserves to itself the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit to travel or who in the opinion of the Company may constitute a risk to the aircraft or to the person on board.
  • In the event of death of a passenger, or any bodily or wound suffered by a passenger which results in permanent disablement incapacitating him from engaging in or being occupied with his usual duties or business occupation, the liability of the carrier for each passenger shall be INR RS. 10,00,000/-(Ten Lakh only).
  • Check-in baggage allowance for helicopter travel for Adult is 5 kg. per person, cabin baggage and excess baggage is not allowed in helicopter flights.
  • Advance booking passengers will have priority over spot booked passengers. Time mentioned on the ticket is tentative depending on weather conditions. Backlog passengers would be given preference over current passengers in case of bad weather on same day. Decision of company’s local officials at Phata would be final in this regard.
  • This travel document issued by the Company shall be subject to the rules of cancellation as follows:

  • 1. 0 to 239 minutes before departure of flight No refund
    2. 240 minutes to 11:59 Hours before departure of flight 50% Refund, after deducting Credit Card Transaction Fee as actually charged by the Bank
    3. 12 Hours to 23:59 Hours before departure of flight 75% Refund, after deducting Credit Card Transaction Fee as actually charged by the Bank
    4. 24 Hours or more before departure of flight 95% Refund, after deducting Credit Card Transaction Fee as actually charged by the Bank
    5. Flight cancellation by Pawan Hans Helicopters 100% Refund, after deducting Credit Card Transaction Fee as actually charged by the Bank
    6. No Show By passenger No Refund

  • Pawan Hans reserves the right to cancel or delay its flight under any circumstances beyond its control such as bad weather conditions, technical defects and government regulations/orders/requirements/ Time slots etc. The liability of Pawan Hans in such event shall be limited to full refund of the fare amount only. No accommodation, meals or cost of surface transport would be paid neither any such cost would be reimbursed or compensated.

  • Infant /child will be allowed to travel only with an Adult Passenger. For infant below 2 years 10% of adult fare shall be charged and above 2 years the full fare is applicable. In case of dispute regarding age of Infants, valid proof of age shall be the only deciding factor.

  • The Company is not liable for any loss or damage occasioned by delay in the carriage by air or passengers or baggage. Receipt without complaint of registered baggage on the termination of the journey shall be prima facie evidence that the baggage has been delivered correctly and in good condition.

  • Passengers are requested to cooperate with the staff at the helipad and in this regard decision of Pawan Hans official on duty at site shall be final.

Carriage for Amarnath Yatra

  • Compulsory Health Certificate is mandatory for boarding the helicopter at Neelgrath sector, without this certificate passenger will not be allowed to board the helicopter. In case the service provider refuses to allow the Yatri to board for want of the Compulsory Health Certificate, the yatri will not be entitled to any refund of ticket fare.   • All passengers must carry Valid Photo ID proof and credit/Debit card in original for verification at the time of boarding.
  • Passengers below 13 year or above the age 75 years and women with 6 weeks pregnancy are not permitted to travel as per Shri Amarnath Shrine Board terms and conditions.
  • In Case of Cancellations of Flights Due to Bad Weather or Technical fault please get your ticket endorsed only from Pawan Hans official at helipads at Neelgrath or Panjtarni for Refund.
  • The Company reserves to itself the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight or to alter the stopping place or to deviate from the route of the journey or to change the type of aircraft in use without thereby incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company also reserves to itself the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit to travel or who in the opinion of the Company may constitute a risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.
  • If at any stage it is found that the aircraft with the booked load or passengers is overloaded the company will have the right to decide which passengers or article shall be offloaded and such decision shall be binding. Receipt without complaint of registered baggage on the termination of the journey shall be prima facie evidence that the baggage has been delivered correctly and in good condition.
  • Personnel baggage liability insurance in respect of damage to or loss of any property caused whilst being carried by a helicopter or in the course of any of the operations of loading or unloading to the extent of Rs. 1.00 lakh per case.
  • In the event of death of a passenger, or any bodily or wound suffered by a passenger which results in permanent disablement incapacitating him from engaging in or being occupied with his usual duties or business occupation, the liability of the carrier for each passenger shall be INR RS.20.00 Lakh.
  • Combined single limit insurance cover (Bodily injury/ property damage/ baggage loss etc),or any of them, caused by an occurrence of arising out of the ownership, maintenance or use of aircraft and as mentioned at point no 7 above, of a minimum of Rs 50,00,00,000 .00(Rupees Fifty crore), or to the minimum amount laid down by the prescribed authority, for any occurrence , whichever is higher.

    4. 48 Hours or more before departure of flight 100% Refund after deducting Credit Card Transaction Fee as actually charged by the Bank and Administrative Charges @ Rs. 150/- per passenger.
    5. Flight cancellation by Pawan Hans Helicopters Full Fare Refund after deducting Credit Card Transaction Fee as actually charged by the Bank.
    6. No show by passenger No refund

Personal Charter

  • The helicopter shall be provided, subject to availability, serviceability/weather conditions.
  • The rates shall be charged ex-Delhi/Mumbai/Guwahati and back to Delhi/Mumbai/Guwahati, as the case may be.
  • Payment Terms: Full advance payment plus 10% extra based on expected hourly flying and number of days helicopter hired is to be deposited. The advance payment should be made online. However, the final billing will be done after the commitment based on actual flying/number of days hired and balance amount, if any, shall be refunded/payable.
  • Under no circumstances the flying/number of days shall exceed the advance amount available with PHL on the particular day.
  • If the desired destinations are not available in the drop down menu, nearest available destination may be selected and advance payments made accordingly. Operations by PHL, in such case will be undertaken subject to suitable landing facilities available at actual destination. Charges applicable will for actual destination.

Election Charter

  • Landing/flight handling/ Parking charges to be paid at Airports for each touchdown @ Rs.20,000/- extra or actual whichever is higher would be charged. OR The party may directly engage agencies for payment of Landing/Flight Handling/ Ground Handling/ Parking charges for which PHL will not be charging etc.
  • Liaisoning with Ground Handling Agencies at Airports for landing, parking and flights handling would be responsibilities of the customer.
  • The rates/charges shall be applicable ex-Delhi/Mumbai/Guwahati and back to Delhi/Mumbai/Guwahati, as the case may be.
  • 4.Full advance payment plus 10% extra on charges atleast for a minimum period of 15 days or as requested by Customer, whichever is higher is to be deposited.The advance payment should be made through RTGS or by way of Demand Draft/Pay Order only in favour of “Pawan Hans Limited, payable at NOIDA/Mumbai (as the case may be)”. However, the final billing will be done after commitment based on actual flying/number of days hired and balance amount, if any, shall be refunded/payable.
  • The advance payment is calculated based on 02 hrs. minimum flying per day plus other charges as mentioned above in case of Bell 206 L4, Bell 407, AS350B3, Dauphin N and Dauphin N3 ( Spare) helicopters. However, if Dauphin N3 dehired from long term customer would be at 03 hours minimum or the actual hour flown per day whichever is higher.
  • Under no circumstances the flying/number of days shall exceed the advance amount available with PHL on the particular day.
  • Permission for suitable place for landing and takeoff is to be taken by customer from Dist. Magistrate/SSP/local authorities and forwarded to us. You are also required to provide facilities at helipads according to DGCA rules & regulation such as firefighting, windsock and ambulance etc.
  • The arrangement for the security of the helicopter through local administration is also required to be done by the customer. Further, positioning of fuel (ATF) at the designated place , if required, would be the responsibility and at the cost of customer.
  • Customer shall also provide details of coordinates of all landing/take off sites before undertaking the commitment.

Mumbai Darshan

  • Passenger`s are requested to report 45 minutes before the departure
  • In case, if passengers are less than 04 persons, the next schedule passenger will be adjusted.
  • All passengers must carry Government approved Photo ID proof in original for verification at the time of Checking / Boarding, for International tourist (Foreigners) passport in original is required. In case of non availability of valid ID proof in original passengers will not be allowed to board and no refund will be permissible.
  • Child below 2 years will be allowed to travel free of charge, more than 2 year age will be charged full fare.
  • Whereas efforts will be made to accommodate passengers in their own group but this is not always possible as we need to make weight adjustment in preparing of passenger load or accommodate priority seats.
  • The Company reserves to itself the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight or to deviate from the route of the journey or to change the type of aircraft in use without thereby incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever.
