1. Passengers must report at least 60 mins before the departure.

2. All passengers must carry Government approved Photo ID proof in original for verification at the time of Checking / boarding, for International tourist (Foreigners) passport in original is required.

3. Child below 2 years (infants) will be allowed to travel free of charge on providing proof of age, more than 2 year age will be charged full fare.

4. Unaccompanied minors age group (less than 12 years of age) and Infants (less than 2years of age) cannot travel alone.

5. Baggage PolicyCabin baggage allowance for helicopter travel is 10 kg.  per passenger (paid ticket)

6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of ticket is through online booking portal only.

While cancelling Pawan Hans request the passengers to select all the sectors properly whom they do not wish to travel. If not selected properly, it may impact their refund process. This travel document is issued by the Company shall be subject to the rules of cancellation per passenger as follows:

10. Pawan Hans reserves the right to reschedule / cancel or delay its flight under circumstances beyond its control for example bad weather conditions, technical defects and government regulations / orders /requirements etc. The liability of Pawan Hans in such event shall be limited to full refund of the fare amount.

11. Prohibited items not allowed to carry inside aircraft: Lighters , Scissors, weapon/toy weapon, Box Cutters, Ice Axes/ Ice Picks, Knives & Razor blades, baseballs/bats, golf/hockey stick, bows and Arrows, Pool Cues, Ski Poles, Guns and Firearms, Hammers, Drills (including cordless portables power drills), Saws, Screwdrivers, Tools, wrenches and pliers, Self Defence Items, Explosive Materials, Fireworks, Flares, Fuels (Including cooking fuels and any flammable liquid fuel),Gasoline Gas Torches, Lighter Fluid ,Matchsticks, Turpentine and paint Thinner, Realistic Replicas of Incendiaries Disabling Chemicals and other Dangerous Items , Chlorine for Pools and Spas , Compressed Gas Cylinders (including fire extinguishers), Liquid Bleach, Spillable Batteries Spray Paint, Tear Gas.

12. Pets: For the comfort and well being of you and your pet, PHL does not accept the carriage or pet in the passenger cabin nor cargo hold. The hold is not pressurized like the passenger cabin and is therefore very noisy and not climate controlled.

13. PHL Services shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India, for any dispute or litigation the courts of  Delhi will only have the jurisdiction.

14. In case of overloading of aircraft, PHL will have the right to decide which passenger shall be offloaded and such decision shall be binding on all passengers.

15. Liquid allowed to be carried: 100 ml max. (Alcohol not allowed)

16. Advance booking passengers will have priority over spot booked passengers.

17. Ticket is not transferable.

18. Please follow the passenger safety briefing instructions given at the Airport/Heliport/helipad/helicopter.

19. Expectant mother with uncomplicated single pregnancy may be accepted for travel at their own risk, provided that there are no prior complications. Fitness to fly certificate from her treating obstetrician is required.

20. In case of change in weather conditions, the load factor carrying capacity of the aircraft may change. In such case, luggage of the passengers will be sent via road which may get delayed.

21In case of false baggage or/and passenger weight Pawan Hans limited reserves the rights to offload baggage(s) or/and passenger(s) or charge a penalty for the same.

The Company also reserves to itself the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit to travel or who in the opinion of the Company may constitute a risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.

7. If at any stage it is found that the aircraft with the booked passengers is overloaded the company will have the right to decide which passenger shall be offloaded and such decision shall be binding on all passengers.

8. In the event of death of a passenger, or any bodily or wound suffered by a passenger which results in permanent disablement incapacitating him from engaging in or being occupied with his usual duties or business occupation, the liability of the carrier for each passenger shall be upto INR RS. 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakhs only)

9. Baggage / Eatables / Mobile phone / Camera will not be allowed in the helicopter.

10. Advance booking passengers will have priority over spot booked passengers.

14. In case of overloading of aircraft, PHL will have the right to decide which passenger shall be offloaded and such decision shall be binding on all passengers.

15. Liquid allowed to be carried: 100 ml max. (Alcohol not allowed)

16. Advance booking passengers will have priority over spot booked passengers.

17. Ticket is not transferable.

18. Please follow the passenger safety briefing instructions given at the Airport/Heliport/helipad/helicopter.

19. Expectant mother with uncomplicated single pregnancy may be accepted for travel at their own risk, provided that there are no prior complications. Fitness to fly certificate from her treating obstetrician is required.

20. In case of change in weather conditions, the load factor carrying capacity of the aircraft may change. In such case, luggage of the passengers will be sent via road which may get delayed.

21In case of false baggage or/and passenger weight Pawan Hans limited reserves the rights to offload baggage(s) or/and passenger(s) or charge a penalty for the same.

Terms & Conditions – Daman Diu

1. Passenger`s are requested to report 60 minutes before the departure.

2. In case, if passengers are less than 05 for a ride, then passenger will be adjusted in the next available schedule and will be intimated accordingly.

3. All passengers must carry Government approved Photo ID proof in original for verification at the time of Checking / Boarding, for International tourist (Foreigners) passport in original is required

4. Child below 2 years will be allowed to travel free of charge on providing proof of age, more than 2 year age will be charged full fare.

5. Whereas efforts will be made to accommodate passengers in their own group but this is not always possible as we need to make weight adjustment in preparing of passenger load or accommodate priority seats.

6. The Company reserves to itself the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight or to deviate from the route of the journey or to change the type of aircraft in use without thereby incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company also reserves to itself the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit to travel or who in the opinion of the Company may constitute a risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board.

7. If at any stage it is found that the aircraft with the booked passengers is overloaded the company will have the right to decide which passenger shall be offloaded and such decision shall be binding on all passengers.

8. In the event of death of a passenger, or any bodily or wound suffered by a passenger which results in permanent disablement incapacitating him from engaging in or being occupied with his usual duties or business occupation, the liability of the carrier for each passenger shall be upto INR RS. 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakhs only)

9. Baggage / Eatables / Mobile phone / Camera will not be allowed in the helicopter.

10. Advance booking passengers will have priority over spot booked passengers.

11. Ticket is not transferable.

12. This travel document is issued by the Company shall be subject to the rules of cancellation per passenger as follows:

60 minutes to 23.59 Hours before flight

50 % Refund

3.

24 Hours to 47.59 Hours before flight

70 % Refund

4.

48 Hours or more before flight

13. Pawan Hans reserves the right to cancel or delay its flight under circumstances beyond its control for example bad weather conditions, technical defects and government regulations/orders/requirements etc. The liability of Pawan Hans in such event shall be limited to full refund of the fare amount.

14. PHL Services in Daman Diu shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India, for any dispute or litigation the courts of  Delhi will only have the jurisdiction.

15. Any disputes regarding the said flight subject to Delhi jurisdiction.

16. The Refund Amount policy i.e amount shall be received within 20 Working Days from the date of cancellation

  • The passenger has to follow all the guide lines of COVID 19 as issued by the Government of India including reporting two hours before the departure of helicopter.
  • Please follow the safety instructions given at the helipad.
  • For safe helicopter flying it is imperative that weight restriction parameters are adhered to, Pawan Hans Limited, request the passengers to cooperate with its staff in this regard.
