Guide to Booking Ticket
  1. Booking of Ticket - is through online booking portal i.e. https://booking.pawanhans.co.in further please click on ‘Flights’ for Kedarnath/Daman Diu/desired field.
  2. Reprint & Confirmation - Please login through your Registered Email ID and Password.
    • Click on Booking Menu & Booking History.
    • Click on Booking Menu & View PNR.
  3. Cancellation of Ticket – Log in by filling your registered Email ID and Password. Click on cancellation menu. Again click on cancel booking, View your PNR number and click on cancel.
  4. Documents to be carried – valid id proof in original and print out of ticket.
  5. Refund - in case of transaction failure/cancellation by customer amount is refunded automatically and may take 10-15 days.
  6. Refund for cancellation - of ticket by PHL may take 30 day approx.
  7. Carriage of bag – Permitted weight 5 Kg.
